Bark & Sip Bar Dog Park Rules and Regulations:

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all dogs and their owners, the following rules and regulations will be strictly enforced by Canine Coaches. Failure to comply may result in a removal from the park and/or revocation of membership.

1.      21 and Over Facility:

• All human guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to enter The Bark & Sip facility (both bar and dog park areas). No exceptions, including infants or children accompanied by adults.

2.      Entry Requirements:

• No dogs younger than 6 months old are permitted for their safety.

• Dogs must be at least 6 months of age and fully vaccinated.

• All dogs must have a valid membership or day pass.

• Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella) and a negative fecal test within the last 6 months is required for entry.

• All dogs, regardless of sex, must be spayed or neutered if they are over 6 months old.

• All dogs must be in good health with no visible injuries.

• All dogs must be non-aggressive and friendly in nature.

• Small dogs and large dogs are in separate gated areas and are not permitted to enter unassigned spaces unless asked approved by a canine coach.  The owner takes full risk of the exposer.

• All dogs must wear a collar with tags which include name and contact information upon arrival.

• All dogs must pass a meet and greet

3.      Owner Responsibility:

• Owners are always solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their dogs.

• Owners must remain in the park and supervise their dogs. Do not leave your dog unattended.

• Owners must have their dog on a leash when entering and exiting the park area. Leashes must be removed once inside the designated off-leash area.

• One adult handler (21 years or older) per three dogs maximum.

• Owners must respect canine coach’s rules. Failure to do so may lead to your removal from the park and/or being fully banned from the park. If asked to do something, please respond.

• No outside drinks or food are permitted.  That includes dog treats. Do NOT feed the dog while on location. 

• Dogs must be registered online or on location prior to entry. 

• Valid IDs are required to enter the park.

4.      Dog Behavior & Safety:

• Aggressive behavior (excessive barking, fighting, mounting, resource guarding) is not tolerated. Dogs exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave immediately.

• Dogs will be leashed if they show signs of fear, aggression, or illness.

• No choke chains, prong collars, or spike collars are allowed in the off-leash area. Flat buckle collars or harnesses only.

• No outside dog toys are permitted to prevent resource guarding. Approved Bark & Sip toys may be available.

• No human food or glass containers are allowed in the dog park area. Dog treats from The Bark & Sip are permitted.

5. General Facility Rules:

• Smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited within the dog park and bar areas.

• No littering. Please use designated trash and recycling bins.

• Follow all instructions from Bark Rangers and staff. Their decisions regarding dog behavior and park safety are final.

• Report any incidents (bites, injuries, major conflicts) to a Bark Ranger immediately.

• The Bark & Brew reserves the right to deny entry or revoke membership at any time for any reason, particularly for safety violations. No refund will be provided.
